Carolina Arvizu, also known as Espina Letal, is an open format DJ who spins various styles of Latin sounds and genres incorporating the layers of her aesthetic as the main producer behind @nunca_siempre_pdx . Through her lifelong passion for music and art rooted within her Mexican and Indigenous identity she has dedicated the past two & half years creating spaces for BIPOC of Portland wishing the cross cultures of underground cumbia, perreo, punk, goth, low riders, and drag incorporating all of these various dynamics many of those PNW long for and crave which is a feeling of home. Being a part of an underground movement, dancing & performing is a form of medicine, healing, and a continuous journey of self love.
